Courage is not the absence of fear but the willingness to move through one’s fears. Most likely you would overcome your fears in order to save a loved one from a deadly circumstance. How does one become courageous in the mission of Christ?

July 4th The Conflict in Jesus’ Mission

Following Christ is not a sedative that calms us down and brings a peace without turmoil. Rather being on mission with Christ is disruptive and disturbing. It is sometimes divisive and always defining. Will you engage the conflict that comes with Jesus’ mission?
